AI Marketing for Chiropractors: What Still Needs Your Approval?

AI marketing for chiropractors works when AI does the making and someone at your clinic approves every script and video before it posts. AI policy is on the profession's agenda: on November 4, a ChiroCongress workshop for state association leaders plans a session on AI in healthcare policy and legislation. Meanwhile, the platforms' AI-label rules and your state's advertising rules already apply.

We are ChiroVant, the team behind 183 films built for chiropractic clinics. We produce our videos with AI and review every frame by hand, so here is how we would split the work between the software and your team, and what each platform asks you to label. For the services side, see how our chiropractic video marketing works.

What Is ChiroCongress Discussing About AI on November 4?

A policy workshop, not a marketing session. On Wednesday, November 4, the day before its 2026 Convention opens in Louisville, ChiroCongress plans a Pre-Convention Legislative Workshop for state association leaders. One of the sessions it plans is on "AI in healthcare policy and the legislative landscape": what legislation is being introduced or passed that deals with AI.

What ChiroCongress plans on November 4: a Pre-Convention Legislative Workshop for state association leaders with a planned session on AI in healthcare policy, and no marketing on the agenda

ChiroCongress, the Congress of Chiropractic State Associations, holds the convention November 5-7 at the Hyatt Regency Louisville, 320 W. Jefferson St. Its convention page describes representation from nearly 50 state associations, with attendees from their leadership: "CEOs, Executive Directors, and Board Leaders," a mix of executive staff and doctors of chiropractic.

The workshop runs from 1:00 to 5:00 PM in Regency South. The ChiroCongress convention schedule, last modified October 20, 2026, says it is designed to give attendees advocacy tools, a shared view of states' legislative landscape and "concrete next steps to carry back to their states." The schedule is subject to minor modifications.

Our reading, for a clinic owner: the workshop is for the people who run state associations, its agenda doesn't mention marketing, and it hasn't happened yet, so there is nothing in it to act on today. After the convention ends on November 7, ask your state association what its leaders brought back.

What Can AI Marketing for Chiropractors Make for Your Clinic?

Most of the making: scripts, captions, short vertical videos, carousels and posts, with one topic turned into several formats. What it can't do is decide which service your patients ask about most, know what your state board will accept in an ad, or know what your own equipment looks like. Those decisions stay with your clinic.

What AI marketing can make for a chiropractic clinic, scripts, captions, short vertical videos, carousels and posts, beside the decisions that stay with the clinic

The judgement is the part AI doesn't replace. As our video marketing FAQ puts it, AI removes the camera, the crew and the studio day, but it "does not remove the need to know which message converts for a chiropractic clinic" or "what a state board will not let you say." For subjects, see our list of chiropractic video ideas that work without you on camera.

Google's Ads help page says pausing a campaign "will stop its ads from showing." The videos and posts you have already published stay on your pages, which is the idea behind our guide to how to get new chiropractic patients when ad budgets pause. In our view, that is where AI earns its place in a clinic's marketing: it makes a steady weekly supply of your own content affordable.

What Should Someone at Your Clinic Approve Before It Posts?

Everything that speaks for your clinic: every script before anything is produced, every claim about a condition or a result, every service named, and every picture of your rooms or equipment. AI can get any of these wrong and still sound sure of itself, so a person who knows your clinic reads and watches each piece first.

What someone at a chiropractic clinic approves before AI-made marketing posts: the script, every claim, every service, visuals that match the real equipment, real reviews and real people

    Our checklist:

The equipment line is there because of a real correction. One owner told us the laser in his films gave off smoke and did not look like the one he uses. We rebuilt those shots from the pictures he sent of what his laser looks like, because a therapy laser does not smoke. It is the kind of detail only someone who knows the clinic's equipment can catch.

Reviews are the other line to hold. The FTC's final rule on fake reviews and testimonials, announced August 14, 2024 and in effect since October 21, 2024, addresses reviews and testimonials that misrepresent that they are by someone who does not exist, "such as AI-generated fake reviews." In your marketing, use only real patients' own words.

We aren't lawyers. For what applies to your clinic and your license, ask your state board or your state association; our guide to chiropractic advertising rules covers the claims to check before you post.

Which AI-Made Videos Need a Label on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube?

Realistic ones. Meta, YouTube and TikTok each ask creators to disclose AI content that seems real, such as a realistic scene that never happened or a voice that mimics a real person. On YouTube, using AI for a script, captions or ideas needs no label. Each platform words it differently (checked October 25, 2026).

Which AI-made clinic videos need a label: realistic AI content on Instagram and Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, while AI help with a script, captions or ideas needs no label on YouTube

Read side by side, the wording differs: YouTube lists cloning your own voice for voice-overs as needing no disclosure, while TikTok asks for one when AI audio mimics a real person's voice. In our reading, the same video can need a label on one platform and not on another.

Before you post, ask whoever makes your videos which parts are AI-generated: the scenes, the voice or both. It is one of our questions to ask a chiropractic video company. These are the platforms' rules, not legal advice, and they change, so re-read each page before you post.

How Does ChiroVant Use AI, and What Do You Approve?

We use AI to make the films and people to check them. Videos are built from your website, your services and your branding, with nothing to film and nothing to record. They are produced with AI and every frame is reviewed by hand, and nothing is made until you approve the script.

ChiroVant house line, Your clinic, on every feed: branding and content for chiropractic clinics, with nothing to film

We focus on branding and content creation for organic growth: short branded videos, carousels and posts made with your logo, your services and your city, each film with captions, a voice over and music. Everything delivered is yours to keep. Because our films are produced with AI, the label questions above are worth asking us too.

On Essential, at $249 a month, you get four videos, two carousels, four posts and one ad creative, with a calendar, and you post them. On Growth, at $449, we post for you on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube once you have approved each piece. Authority, at $989, adds two local articles a month on your site and keeps your Google Business profile active, with review replies written for you. Every pack is month to month, and the full details are on our packs page.

    FAQs About Chiropractic marketing

The platforms plan for it: Meta, YouTube and TikTok each have their own rules and tools for disclosing realistic AI content. What matters is the process around it. Someone at the clinic approves every script and video, nothing invented is presented as real, and realistic AI scenes or voices are labeled where a platform asks for it. Your state board's advertising rules still apply to what a video says about conditions and results, so check claims against them before you post.

If they show realistic scenes or people, both platforms ask for one. As of October 25, 2026, Meta's newsroom says it requires people to use its disclosure tool for organic posts with photorealistic video or realistic-sounding audio that was digitally created or altered. TikTok's guidelines, in effect since September 24, 2026, ask creators to label AI-generated content showing realistic-looking scenes or people, and AI audio that mimics a real person's voice. Re-read each platform's page before you post, because these rules change.

Use only real patients' own words. The FTC's final rule on fake reviews and testimonials, announced August 14, 2024 and in effect since October 21, 2024, addresses reviews that misrepresent that they are by someone who does not exist, such as AI-generated fake reviews. AI can help you draft a message asking patients for a review, or a reply to one, but the review itself should be the patient's own. For what your license permits in ads, ask your state board.

ChiroCongress plans a Pre-Convention Legislative Workshop on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, in Louisville, the day before its convention runs November 5-7. One of the three or four sessions it plans is on AI in healthcare policy and the legislative landscape, covering legislation being introduced or passed that deals with AI. The audience is state association leaders, and the agenda doesn't mention marketing. After the convention, ask your state association what its leaders brought back.
