Before you pay a chiropractic video company, ask nine questions: who films, who writes the scripts, how much is made with AI and how it is labeled, what arrives each month, who posts it, who owns the files, whether the music is licensed, what it costs, and how mistakes get fixed. The answers tell you more than any showreel.
We are ChiroVant, the team behind 183 films built for chiropractic clinics, and our own answers are at the end. If you are weighing paid video as well, our guide to chiropractic video ads covers that side.

What Should You Ask a Chiropractic Video Company First?
Start with how the videos get made, because it decides how much time they take. Some video production companies film at your clinic, some edit footage you shoot yourself, and some build videos from your website and branding with AI. Each works: one needs a shoot day, one your phone footage, one neither. Ask which before you compare prices.

- 1. Do I have to film anything? Ask how many hours of the doctor's or the front desk's time a month takes, and whether anyone needs to be on camera.
- 2. Who writes the scripts, and do I approve them? A chiropractic video company should send every script to you before anything is produced, so nothing goes out that you would not say yourself.
- 3. How much of it is made with AI, and how is that labeled? YouTube's help page on disclosing AI content, checked on October 10, 2026, says creators must disclose AI content that generates a realistic scene that did not actually occur, and it adds a label when they do. Meta's post on labeling AI content (April 5, 2024, updated September 12, 2024) says it adds "AI info" labels when it detects industry-standard AI indicators or when people disclose AI content. Ask the company which parts of each video are AI-made, so you can set the label correctly.
What Does a Chiropractic Video Company Deliver Each Month?
Ask for the exact count and format, in writing. A good answer names how many videos arrive each month, how long and in what shape, whether captions, voice over and music are included, and whether anything besides video comes with it. "Content" on its own is not an answer you can check against what arrives.

- 4. What exactly arrives each month? Vertical 9:16 video is the shape that runs on Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook, so ask whether every file is delivered that way, with captions burned in for phones on mute.
- 5. Who posts it, and where? Some companies hand you files and a calendar, others post for you once you approve. Ask which pages they post to, and whether they need logins to do it.

Get a quote →Who Owns the Videos, and Is the Music Licensed?
Ask both before you sign, because they decide where and how long you can post. A chiropractic video company should say in writing whether the finished files stay yours if you cancel, and whether every piece of music is cleared for the platforms you post on. Get the ownership answer in the agreement, not only in a sales call.

- 6. Who owns the videos if I stop? Ask whether you keep every file delivered in the months you paid for, and whether you can post them anywhere, including your website.
- 7. Is the music licensed for social platforms? Ask where the company's music comes from, which platforms its license covers, and who deals with a copyright claim if one lands. YouTube's Create YouTube Shorts help page points to the Shorts Audio Library as the way to avoid copyright claims when you add music with YouTube's own tools, so ask how music is cleared on every other platform too.
Our guide to YouTube Shorts for chiropractors covers the platform rules on length, scheduling and music in more detail.
How Do You Compare Chiropractic Video Company Prices, Contracts and Fixes?
Ask for the monthly price, the contract length and any setup fee, all in writing. Prices vary with how the videos are made, so compare what each month buys, from the number of videos to who posts them, not just the price. Then ask how a mistake gets fixed before you need one fixed.

- 8. What does it cost, and is there a contract? Beyond the price itself, ask how to cancel and how much notice that takes. A price you can only get after a long call is harder to compare.
- 9. How do you fix a video that is wrong? Ask for a real example. One owner told us the laser in his films gave off smoke and did not look like the one he uses. We rebuilt those shots from the pictures he sent of what his laser looks like, because a therapy laser does not smoke.
The same questions work for any agency, not only video. Our list of questions to ask a chiropractic marketing agency covers the rest of the contract.
How Does ChiroVant Answer These Questions?
We focus on branding and content creation for organic growth: short branded videos for your clinic's own pages. Every video is built from your website, your services and your branding, with captions, a voice over and music, so there is nothing to film. We produce with AI and review every frame by hand.

- Scripts: we write them, and you approve every one before anything is made.
- Each month: Essential is four films and a posting calendar, and you post them. Growth is eight films, posted for you on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube once you have approved them.
- Ownership: everything delivered is yours to keep.
- Price: Essential is $249 a month, Growth $449 and Authority $989, month to month, with no contract and no setup fee.
- Fixes: the laser shots in question 9 are a real example of how we rebuild a film that is wrong.
Captions are burned in one or two words at a time, and each film's spoken call to action names your doctor as the one to call. The full details are on our packs page.
