The busiest chiropractic seminar weekend we found this fall is October 2 to 4, 2026, when Parker Seminars Dallas and the Ohio and Illinois state conventions all run, with North Carolina's on October 2 and 3. If you are going, schedule your clinic's posts before you leave, so your page does not go quiet while you are away.
We are ChiroVant, and our count so far is 183 films built for chiropractic clinics. This guide lists the fall chiropractic seminars we could confirm on each organizer's own page, then covers keeping your clinic visible while you are gone and what to post when you are back.

Which Chiropractic Seminars Are Coming Up This Fall?
We confirmed seven chiropractic seminars and conventions between October 2 and November 7, 2026, each on the organizer's own page on September 30, 2026. The first weekend of October is the crowded one: four events overlap, so owners in Texas, Ohio, Illinois and North Carolina are the most likely to be away at once.

- October 2 to 4: Parker Seminars Dallas, at Parker University in Dallas, Texas.
- October 2 to 4: the Ohio State Chiropractic Association's 2026 Annual Convention, at the Hilton Polaris in Columbus, Ohio; registration closed on September 28.
- October 2 to 4: the Illinois Chiropractic Society's Chicagoland Fall Convention, at NIU Naperville, in person and virtual.
- October 2 and 3: the North Carolina Chiropractic Association's Fall Convention in Durham, with virtual live sessions on October 9 and 10.
- October 9 to 11: the New York State Chiropractic Association's Fall Convention, in Port Washington, New York.
- October 9 to 11: the Colorado Chiropractic Association's 92nd Annual Convention, in Aurora, Colorado.
- November 5 to 7: the ChiroCongress 2026 Convention in Louisville, Kentucky.
Three more state meetings are confirmed on their organizers' pages: the Georgia Chiropractic Association's Fall Conference, October 16 to 18 in Alpharetta, Washington's WSCA Connect, October 23 to 25 in Tacoma, and CalChiro's Fall Conference, November 12 to 14 in La Jolla, California. Dates and venues change, so check the organizer's page before you book travel. Our earlier guide covers getting actual value from a chiropractic convention once you are there; this one is about the clinic you leave behind. When you are back and want to turn your films into paid ads, our 2026 guide to chiropractic video ads covers that.
Why Does My Clinic's Page Go Quiet on Seminar Weekends?
Because the person who posts is usually the person who is away. When the doctor or office manager travels, posting stops, and a page with nothing new for a week looks less active to someone checking you out before they call. People do check: about half consult three or more online sources when they search for care.
The figure, 52%, comes from Kyruus Health's 2024 Care Access Benchmark Report for Healthcare Organizations and covers healthcare consumers in general, not only chiropractic patients. A new patient who looks you up while you are at a seminar sees the date on your last post.
The fix is not more effort while you are away. It is doing the posting work before you leave, the same batching habit our guide to social media marketing for chiropractors recommends.
How Do I Keep My Clinic's Page Posting While I'm Away?
Before you leave for any of the chiropractic seminars above, schedule the posts, tell your front desk what to say, and set your hours correctly on Google. Three posts scheduled across the days you are away keep the page current, and special hours on your Business Profile stop patients from turning up to a closed door.

- Schedule three posts for the days you are away, using the tool you already have, such as Meta Business Suite. One film, one answer to a question your front desk hears every week, and one reminder of how to book is enough.
- Set special hours if the clinic closes or opens late. Google's Business Profile help says special hours are for times when your hours change briefly, "like for a special event," so your regular hours stay as they are.
- Give the front desk one sentence for callers: who is covering, when the doctor is back, and how to book the first open slot.
- Answer messages the same day, even if the answer is "the doctor is back on Monday." A page that replies looks open.
If you would rather have films ready to schedule than write posts the night before you fly, our chiropractic video ideas are a quick place to start.

What you learned, in plain words. Patients rarely see the chiropractic seminars behind their care, and a short post about the course, the hours and what it covered shows a doctor who keeps learning. Keep it factual: the course, the organizer and the date, never a promise about results.

- The course and the hours. For example, New York's fall convention lists up to 16.5 hours of continuing education; name what you attended, not a result.
- One thing you will explain differently to patients, said in your own words on camera or in a caption.
- A photo that shows only you or your own team, since other attendees have not agreed to be on your page.
If a seminar covered a technique or a device, describe it the way it really works and check any spine model or animation you show. What we have learned building films for clinics applies here too: equipment should look and move exactly like the equipment in your room. Six of these seven seminars fall in October, which is also National Chiropractic Health Month, so a post-seminar film can fill one week of our week-by-week National Chiropractic Health Month plan.
How Would ChiroVant Cover Your Page During Chiropractic Seminars?
By settling approvals before you travel. On our Growth pack, that is eight films a month, two a week, each sent to you for approval and then posted for you, so approve that week's films before you leave. On Essential, you get four films and a posting calendar, and you schedule the ones you have before you go.

Every film carries your clinic's name and town, captions burned in one or two words at a time for muted phones, and ends by naming your doctor as the one to call, with your logo and phone number on the end card. The full details are on our packs page.
