A chiropractic social media calendar for mid-October has five dates in nine days. Bone and Joint Action Week runs October 12 to 20, and the US Bone and Joint Initiative lists World Arthritis Day, World Spine Day, World Trauma Day, World Pediatric Bone and Joint Day and World Osteoporosis Day inside it. Three of them, October 12, 16 and 20, suit most clinic pages.
We are ChiroVant, the team behind 183 films built for chiropractic clinics. If you plan to put paid video behind your posts for these dates, our guide to chiropractic video ads covers that side.

Which Dates Belong on a Chiropractic Social Media Calendar This October?
The five days of Bone and Joint Action Week, October 12 to 20, plus National Chiropractic Health Month around them. The US Bone and Joint Initiative holds the week every year, and World Spine Day on October 16 is the one most tied to chiropractic, since the World Federation of Chiropractic coordinates it.

The US Bone and Joint Initiative's Action Week page, checked on October 4, 2026, lists the five days:
- October 12: World Arthritis Day.
- October 16: World Spine Day.
- October 17: World Trauma Day.
- October 19: World Pediatric Bone and Joint (PB&J) Day.
- October 20: World Osteoporosis Day.
For most clinics, three posts are enough: October 12, October 16 and October 20. Post about the trauma and pediatric days only if your clinic has something specific and accurate to say. The whole month is also National Chiropractic Health Month, and our week-by-week National Chiropractic Health Month plan covers the rest of October.
What Should Each Post on Your Chiropractic Social Media Calendar Say?
Name the day, name the organizer and say one true thing about your clinic. An awareness day is a reason to post, not a reason to promise results. Leave out any line that says chiropractic treats arthritis or osteoporosis, and link to the organizer's page for the health information.

- October 12, World Arthritis Day. Name the day and link to EULAR's World Arthritis Day page for the health information, then add something practical about your clinic, such as ground-floor access, parking or how to book a first visit.
- October 16, World Spine Day. The World Federation of Chiropractic's World Spine Day page names the 2026 campaign "Spine Health for Life." This is the day for a short video about one of your services.
- October 20, World Osteoporosis Day. Name the day, link to the International Osteoporosis Foundation's World Osteoporosis Day page and keep the clinic part to your phone number and how to book.
Before any of these go out, check the wording against your state board's advertising rules. Our guide to chiropractic social media post ideas has more post types, sorted by the job each one does.

Write all three posts on one day, then schedule them in the tool you already use. The American Chiropractic Association's quick-start guide for National Chiropractic Health Month tells clinics to "schedule posts throughout October," and the same habit covers Action Week: one session now, three posts that go out on the right dates.

- Put the dates in first. October 12, 16 and 20, plus any day the clinic is closed, so a scheduled post never invites patients to call when nobody is there to answer.
- Write each caption in two or three sentences: the day, the organizer and one fact about your clinic.
- Pick one image or video per post. Use your own photos or films, not the organizers' logos, unless their toolkit says you may.
- Schedule all three on your social pages. For your Google Business Profile, use a photo or short clip you took in the clinic instead, as our guide to Google Business Profile posts explains.
The ACA quick-start guide, checked on October 4, 2026, also suggests one step that fits your October 16 post: "create your own social media videos" using the month's key messages.
What Should You Leave Off Your Chiropractic Social Media Calendar?
Anything you cannot stand behind. That means treatment promises tied to a condition, statistics without a named source and date, photos of patients or other people who have not agreed, and logos that suggest a partnership with an organizer. An awareness day post works when it is short, accurate and clearly from your clinic.

- No condition claims. "Today is World Osteoporosis Day" is a fact. "Chiropractic helps osteoporosis" is a claim your state board may look at.
- No borrowed numbers. If you quote a figure, name the source and the year in the caption.
- No one in the picture who has not agreed to be there. That includes a patient in the background of a waiting-room photo.
When in doubt, cut the line. A shorter post that only names the day and your clinic still does its job.
If you are short on ideas for the rest of the month, our list of chiropractic video ideas starts with the questions patients already ask.
How Would ChiroVant Fill Your Chiropractic Social Media Calendar?
With films made for your clinic and a calendar for posting them. On Essential, you get four films a month and a posting calendar, and you post them. On Growth, you get eight films a month, two a week, each sent to you for approval and then posted for you. You approve every script on a pack.

Each film is built from your clinic's website, services and branding, with captions burned in one or two words at a time, and ends with your doctor named as the one to call. The full details are on our packs page.
